Who we are

We equip startups with the necessary education and skills, mentorship support, aid in getting investments and high-quality infrastructure so that the teams could focus on creating their own business and have everything they need in order to succeed. We are developing an ecosystem of innovative startups in Ukraine and across Eastern Europe, and raising the quality of skills of young innovators in order to strengthen the social and economic potential of this part of the world. We are nurturing the future generation of entrepreneurs, who will create and develop new sectors of Ukrainian and Eastern European economy.

iHUB is supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway and operated by Seed Forum not-for-profit organisations.

UNESCO-UNEVOC center

IHUB is an official UNESCO-UNEVOC centre in Ukraine. With access to knowledge and support of a worldwide UNEVOC Network we continue bridging education and business through developing specific entrepreneurial and innovative skills to link intellectual capacity and creation of value-added products in Ukraine. As a UNEVOC centre we focus on gathering and integrating international experience in educational activities - improving subjects, formats and content of the events. What does iHUB do?

Does iHUB invest in startups?

No, iHUB does not invest, and does not get involved in the financial activity of its residents in any way.

Why is iHUB a not-for-profit project?

We are a team of like-minded individuals, who are aiming to create a conductive environment for the development of entrepreneurship and innovation in Ukraine and across Eastern Europe. Hence we provide opportunities to our residents at an affordable service rate only to cover our operating costs with no profit.

What is the difference between iHUB and commercial co-working spaces?

First of all, our main focus is to provide access to education through regular events and competitions to early stage startup companies, while co-working spaces is essential real estate business. Making profit is not our aim. iHUB is a social not-for-profit project with an objective to better the innovation and entrepreneurship eco-system of Ukraine and other Eastern European countries.

Who is a resident?

An IT entrepreneur, a startup company, a specialist or a team that has a workplace at iHUB, takes advantage of the residents’ benefits, is eager to learn and excel in every way, and is a part of our extensive community of innovators and entrepreneurs.

How do I become an iHUB resident?

That’s easy. Fill out the “Become a resident” form (top right corner button) and our manager will get in touch with you shortly. There is one important condition: right now iHUB focuses mostly on IT startups, young IT companies, innovators and freelancers from this and related fields.

Why does the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway support social not-for-profit projects in Ukraine?

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway actually supports not only Ukraine, but many countries across the world. Such initiatives are aimed at raising the general level of knowledge and technologies amongst youth, young entrepreneurs and developing economies.

What is iHUB Visa?

It is a magnetic card given to each iHUB resident. It allows to work seamlessly in any iHUB centre in Ukraine and across Eastern Europe whatever the permanent residency city of the owner may be. You just need to check with your regional manager to make sure there’s workspace available at the other centres.
